During our busy days, we might struggle to connect with ourselves focusing on what is happening around us, instead of what is going on within us. In this gentle hatha yoga class,  Befriending Your Body with Yoga, the focus is on how poses feel internally rather than on how they look externally. Students are instructed to make choices based on what they notice in their own bodies. Through movement, breath, stretching, and resting you will be invited to reconnect with your body and your true self in the present moment. There will be no hands on assists in this class. Class runs from 9:00 Р10:00am.
