Build strength, balance and improve emotional resilience with slow, purposeful movement. This class pairs mindful movement with pain-relieving stretching and breathing techniques that you can use both on and off the mat. The pace is meditative, emphasizing space and discovery of what feels right for each individual. We hold poses longer, taking several rounds of breath in each pose, instead of moving to a new pose with each breath. Because of this, Gentle Slow Flow is a great choice for those newer to yoga, those who are recovering from injuries or illness, or those needing to quiet a busy mind.

All levels, beginner-friendly. No hands-on adjustments are provided in this class.
