Breathe, stretch and grow stronger mentally and physically. This class is a gentler version of a Vinyasa Flow style of class. Students explore mindful breathing, yoga stretching, relaxation and yes, some strength poses. Participants learn tools to build strength and flexibility, improve balance, release tension and improve overall well being. Gentle Yoga is appropriate for beginners or those who have some yoga experience. Modifications are given to varying levels. All body types and levels of flexibility are welcome.
