My Kinda Yoga is designed to help you discover what feels best in your body. We are all unique and none of our practices will be exactly the same. The instructor will guide you with effort and ease through all of the poses and offer modifications and variations to fit your bodies’ needs. This class will give you the tools to practice yoga on your own; it is through continuous practice over a long period of time that we truly gain the benefits of yoga. This class is for beginners and advanced practitioners alike. In general, class will start with warm-ups, go into standing poses, seated poses, lying down poses, then end with deep relaxation and a brief meditation.
