This is a super gentle class geared towards learning to relax and find balance in our lives. This is a wonderfully relaxing class that  focuses more deeply on breath work and meditation to support physical and emotional healing and a sense of well being. Props will be used to create supported restorative poses that are maintained for longer periods of time. Leave feeling refreshed and renewed.

Class Time: Monday at 6:30 pm  and Wednesday at 10:30 am.
