Breathe, stretch and grow stronger mentally and physically. Vinyasa Flow Yoga explores a mindful flow through yoga postures by combining breath with movement. Participants learn tools to build strength and flexibility, improve balance, release tension and improve overall well being. This class is appropriate for beginners or those who have some yoga experience. Modifications are given to varying levels. All body types and levels of flexibility are welcome.
