Yoga for Balance is appropriate for the yoga newbie, as well as, the seasoned yoga student looking to find balance between strength and flexibility. Improving balance has been found to prevent injury from falls and to enhance focus and concentration. The role of the feet, legs and pelvis will be addressed in this class in a systematic manner to improve joint stability as a means to facilitate greater confidence and mobility.  The focus is on gaining and maintaining functional movement for life!
