JUNIOR VARSITY FOOTBALL – OFF SEASON YOGA TRAINING  

Professional Yoga training for student athletes is being offered at Yoga 4 All Studio in Wales located at 208 E. Oak Crest Drive just across from the high school campus.  This is a 7 week summer training program to prepare athletes for the football season. Athletes can walk, or drive to the studio following their scheduled weight training at the high school. Sessions will be offered one time per week on Wednesdays for a total of 7 group training sessions over the summer break. Junior Varsity meets 10:00 – 11:00 am

 Fee:  $ 63.00 per student for 7 training sessions.
