Yoga Training for High School Athletes – Boys

Professional Yoga training for student athletes is being offered at Yoga 4 All Studio in Wales located at 208 E. Oak Crest Drive just across from the high school campus.  This is a 7 week summer training program.  Athletes can walk, or drive to the studio following weight training at the high school. Sessions will be offered one time per week on Wednesdays for a total of 7 group training sessions over the summer break. Training starts the week after school lets out and ends July 31st. Time: 10:00 – 11:00 am

 Fee: $ 63.00 per student for 7 training sessions
