SUMMER FOOTBALL – OFF SEASON YOGA TRAINING

Professional Yoga training for student athletes is being offered at Yoga 4 All Studio in Wales located at 208 E. Oak Crest Drive just across from the high school campus.  This is a 7 week summer training program to prepare athletes for the football season. Sessions will be offered one time per week on Wednesdays for a total of 7 group training sessions over the summer break. (A minimum of 10 and a maximum of 15 athletes per training session required at this reduced rate of only $7.00 per class.) Sport Specific Yoga Training Sessions

Dates: Once a week on Wednesdays June 20, 27, *(No session July 4th)

July 11, 18, 25, August 1, & 8 for a total of 7 training sessions
