Cat began practicing yoga in 2012 in hopes of becoming fit. Soon after she realized that yoga was more than just exercise, she found that it was transforming her mind, body and spirit. She quickly grasped onto yoga and started practicing and studying it daily. Cat has completed two yoga teacher trainings (a 200 hour and a 500 hour course), as well as, attended various retreats in India, Nepal and Sri Lanka. Her journey with yoga has been transformative in so many ways. She lost over 70 pounds and learned how to maintain a healthy lifestyle, but moreover, found herself through this process. As a teacher, she hopes to encourage and empower her students' along their paths by sharing her experience.
