Julie Amundson, PT, DPT, CFMT, RYT, loves to learn and share her knowledge. She came to yoga as a physical therapist with an interest in learning more about alternative forms of healing and exercise. In Yoga, she found ways to further improve the body’s strength, function, and inner peace. We come to the mat for many reasons often searching for inner strength and peace. Over time, this ancient practice leads us to the discovery that the answers we seek are often within ourselves. Our culture tells us to suck it in and tuck it in, but on the mat we gain the strength to find ourselves as we are meant to be. With yoga; mind, body, and soul come together beautifully. Julie guides others to find their optimal health and wisdom through this ancient practice.
Currently: working as a Yoga Instructor, Physical Therapist, and Adjunct Professor, Julie has completed the Alignment Yoga 200 hour teacher training and is registered with Yoga Alliance.
