Kate began practicing yoga while in high school and started her journey to become a Yoga Fit instructor three years ago. She enjoys exploring the fun creative side of yoga, introducing contemporary music and themes into her class offerings. She loves helping students tap into their strength, flexibility and resilience in order to find balance in life. She teaches Introduction to Yoga for Fitness, the evening Restorative Yoga class and  the Saturday morning Vinyasa Flow Yoga class at Yoga 4 All.
