Meet on the beautiful front lawn of the studio for a gentle open air yoga class. Students of all ages and abilities are invited to attend and soak in the beauty of nature. Invite your friends and family for a uniquely satisfying community experience while respecting social distancing. Donations will be accepted to local charities. No fee to attend. Bring your favorite yoga props and a beach towel or blanket in case the grass is damp. Class will be held weather permitting. Cancellations will be posted on the front page of the website, in the Mindbody app, and on our Facebook page. When in doubt, give us a call or text at 262-719-0422.

Enjoy the peaceful yet challenging motions of tai chi! Attain better balance, focus, and harmony of motion.

This class has a healthy mixture of warming movements, breath exercises (qigong), meditation, and tai chi basics. All of this leads up to working on the traditional Yang style form, which is the most widely practiced tai chi set in the world and offers great benefits for cultivating mindfulness and peace.

This class is appropriate for beginners as well as those looking to restart a regular tai chi practice. Jon is a proponent of meeting people where they are at and giving healthy challenges, so the class is designed to meet each student’s personal goals.
