Energy Flow Yoga is an all-levels vinyasa class that is meant to invigorate the body, mind, and senses with physically challenging, yet accessible sequences. Learn how to focus your body’s energies to build strength, balance and endurance. Students are always encouraged to rest when needed and receive instruction on modifying poses for their comfort and safety.

Class Time: Wednesday 9:00 – 10:00am


Whether you are brand new to yoga or looking to build a stronger foundation for your practice, this is the perfect class for you. All levels and bodies are welcome! This class will focus on principle poses, safe alignment, breath awareness and the fundamentals of yoga. Modifications will be given and props used. Welcome!
