Energy Flow Yoga is an all-levels vinyasa class that is meant to invigorate the body, mind, and senses with physically challenging, yet accessible sequences. Learn how to focus your body’s energies to build strength, balance and endurance. Students are always encouraged to rest when needed and receive instruction on modifying poses for their comfort and safety.

This is an active yoga practice with fun music & a playful atmosphere. The intention of the class is to gain flexibility, strength & balance, while having tons of fun on your mat. Smiles are encouraged & giggles are welcome.

My desire is to give you the space to feel at ease, awake & alive. Yes, we practice the postures you know & love, but also how to live in a purposeful and meaningful way.~ Karmen

Karmen radiates positive energy & has an infectious enthusiasm for life. Her background in Social Work and Natural Health, pair nicely with her rich Yoga teachings, to assist her students in living a natural, balanced life.
