This class is tailor made for the male body by focusing on poses that free up joints and lengthen muscles while strengthening the core. Feel your best and enhance athletic performance by improving balance, agility, focus and concentration.

This moderate level yoga class incorporates asana (yoga poses), pranayama (breath work), meditation and the use of mudras (hand postures) geared to build strength, flexibility, release tension and find inner peace. The challenges of our times can push us into dark spaces leading to uncertainty, and anxiety. Students are invited to bring color and calming into their lives by drawing awareness to the chakras (energy centers) through yoga. Explore these ancient practices and experience how they enhance overall health and well being.
