All of this leads up to working on the traditional Yang style form, which is the most widely practiced tai chi set in the world and offers great benefits for cultivating mindfulness and peace.

This class is appropriate for beginners as well as those looking to restart a regular tai chi practice. Jon is a proponent of meeting people where they are at and giving healthy challenges, so the class is designed to meet each student’s personal goals.
