Move. Stretch. Breathe.

Set to music, breath and movement are combined in a dynamic and integrative way to target physical strength, balance and flexibility throughout the entire body. Classes are accessible to all levels and build on each sequence from week to week to encourage growth and repetition of healthy movement patterns. Expect to move mindfully, heat up with rhythmic sequences and focused breathing, and end your day connected, grounded and hopefully a little more relaxed!
