For those who prefer not to attend group classes, we offer private sessions at the studio. There are many benefits of private sessions.

  • Sessions are scheduled at the student’s and teacher’s convenience.
  • All materials are provided. No need to purchase a mat, or yoga props prior to your first session.
  • Sessions are specifically geared to the students’ individual needs and personal goals.
  • Beginners gain a boost of confidence by becoming familiar with basic concepts, learning how to use yoga props and alignment for basic poses before trying out a group class.
  • Individuals with injuries and medical conditions can learn modifications to protect themselves as they advance through their practice.
  • Private sessions can be a helpful follow up to Physical Therapy in the quest to safely get back to your yoga practice.
  • Feel your best by learning yoga poses, vinyasa (sequences of postures), pranayama (breath work) and meditation practices designed specifically for you.
  • Small group “Semi-Private” sessions are also available upon request.


  • Private Session – $63.00
  • Semi-Private Session – $79.00 for one hour (2 or 3 students)
  • 10% Discount offered when purchasing 3 or more sessions at a time
