Beth considers it a joy and honor to teach yoga. She loves facilitating a student’s ability to connect mind, body and spirit and find the calm within.
She is registered with Yoga Alliance at the 500 hour level and received her training through Alignment Yoga in Madison, Wisconsin. It was a privilege to have studied with Scott Anderson, the founder of Alignment yoga. The program was a journey through learning the human anatomy and physiology and how to apply that knowledge to the uniqueness of each student in a yoga setting. She is also trained and certified to teach Yoga for Scoliosis through Elise Browning Miller.
Beth’s Gentle Yoga class is perfect for both the seasoned yogi and if you are new to yoga. She loves helping students connect with themselves enabling them to truly feel comfortable with who they are, as they are!
