Our Procedures

Arrival
Please arrive 10-15 minutes prior to class.

Scheduling System
We use Glofox for your scheduling needs.  You can sign up on our website or get our app: search “Yoga 4 All Wisconsin” in your app store for android or apple, and make booking SO easy!

NEW Cancellation Policy
You must cancel class prior to the scheduled start time or the class pass will be lost.

Personal Belongings
Please leave shoes in the entryway. We ask that cell phones be silenced or turned off and left with your belongings.

Props
Props, including mats, blocks, straps, blankets, and bolsters, will be accessible for use or students may bring their own props if they prefer.

Hands On Assists
Assists will not be given without prior consent. We encourage students to communicate any specific needs directly with teachers prior to class so they may better meet them.

What To Bring To Class
Please bring a water bottle, mat, towel, and/or props as desired. We do have water available for your use. Forgot something, coming to class last minute, or in from out of town, not to worry – use of mats and blocks are complimentary at Yoga 4 All.

What To Wear To Class
Comfortable, breathable clothing suitable for movement is all that is required. Please leave shoes in the lobby before entering the yoga practice space – this helps us keep our space clean.

Inclement Weather
In the event of winter weather, we will update the schedule, the app, and our Instagram account of any class cancellations as soon as possible.

*Age Requirements.
Anyone 18 years or older can register themselves to practice in our space.
Anyone under 18 is required to have a parent or legal guardian as an additional signatory when registering.
Anyone under 13 is required to attend class with an adult

Pregnancy and Injuries
If you are recovering from injury, surgery, or are currently pregnant, we ask that you speak with your physician and be cleared for physical yoga practice. We recommend you ask your healthcare provider what movements or activity you should avoid during the healing process or pregnancy. Please inform your instructor of any new health conditions so they can better direct your practice and help provide appropriate modifications for postures. If you have questions regarding which classes may be appropriate for your specific needs, please do not hesitate to reach out to us.

Illness Policy
The health and safety of all of our students and teachers are first and foremost. Please stay home if you are not feeling well.

Parking
We request that the students park in spaces on the east side of the lot, away from the building.

Refer a friend
We so appreciate our students making a referral.  If you recommend us and your referral signs up for a package, you will receive a free class.

Birthday class
We want to celebrate you on your birthday!  If you are a current student with a valid class package, please enjoy one free class in your birthday month.
