BEGINNER FRIENDLY
Gentle Yoga for Beginners
This class introduces the beginner student to yoga and provides a slower paced gentle class to those looking to improve their overall health and fitness. Props are utilized to maximize students' comfort and stability. We begin by getting grounded and in touch with our bodies, and work on postures that increase strength and flexibility, improve balance and promote stability. Basic yoga breathing exercises will be taught to enhance mental clarity and a sense of calm. Finishing up with deep relaxation, you will leave class feeling rested, relaxed and renewed. No need to be fit or flexible - all levels are welcome!
FIND YOUR CALM
Gentle Yoga
In this gentle yoga class, we will explore movement to release tension and calm the nervous system while building strength and mobility. Each class will include yogic breath work, meditation and gentle somatic movement to tease tension out of the body. This practice will include movement up and down from the ground. Modifications are always available. All are welcome!
GENTLE, MINDFUL, MOVEMENT
Chair Yoga
Yoga has many documented health benefits including improving strength, flexibility, cardio-vascular circulation, bone density, respiratory function and balance. It also helps to reduce stress and to calm the busy mind. This yoga class will combine gentle mindful movement with seated and standing yoga postures, deep breathing and guided meditation designed to refresh body, mind and spirit. Chairs will be utilized for comfort and stability. No need to get on and off of the floor. All levels are welcome!
BUILD STRENGTH AND FLEXIBILITY
Pilates
Pilates is an exercise format that is designed to build core strength, flexibility and agility through a series of lying and standing positions. Bands and weights are also used to tone and strengthen the upper and lower body. The goal is to gain overall body strength while improving spinal alignment and posture. Pilates can facilitate core strengthening and improve class participants' awareness of proper alignment to help prevent and alleviate back pain. This class is 50 minutes in duration. All levels welcome!
CONNECT YOUR MIND, BODY, & SPIRIT
Yoga for Health & Fitness
Yoga is a great low impact form of exercise that uses self awareness and focus on the breath to connect Mind, Body & Spirit. This is a multi-level course designed to meet the health and fitness needs of class participants. With regular practice, yoga can help relieve the symptoms of many medical conditions including arthritis, back problems, muscle soreness and tightness due to sports, or inactivity. Modifications are taught with props to meet the individual needs of students so they can find balance between strength & flexibility as they are building stamina and focus. Each class finishes with guided meditation and relaxation. This is a moderate multi-level class - some prior yoga experience is recommended.

Energy Flow Yoga
Energy Flow Yoga is an all-levels vinyasa class that is meant to invigorate the body, mind, and senses with physically challenging, yet accessible sequences. Learn how to focus your body's energies to build strength, balance and endurance. Students are always encouraged to rest when needed and receive instruction on modifying poses for their comfort. Yoga experience is recommended
Embodied intentional movement
Slow Flow Yoga
Slow Flow Yoga is slower-paced Flow class that is rooted in the belief of embodiment and intentional movement. This class promotes strength, stamina & flexibility. Movement will be consistent, easy on the joints and accessible. Variations & modifications are shared, to accommodate for all levels of practice. Beginners are welcome! Each Slow Flow Yoga class ends with a guided meditation or inspirational reading. Essential oils may be shared.

Restorative Yoga
Students learn how to tap into their “inner healer” to help themselves recover from injury and cope with chronic illness. High levels of stress have been scientifically linked to many illnesses such as high blood pressure, cancer, fibromyalgia, irritable bowel syndrome, anxiety and depression. Students with chronic pain due to a variety of causes may find some relief through this soothing practice. You do not need to be a victim of your pain. Learn to ease the suffering of your body, mind and spirit in this ultra-gentle healing class. Focus is on deep stretching, relaxation and stress relief. Leave refreshed, renewed and empowered to break the cycle of pain and suffering. All levels are welcome!

Alignment Yoga is a functional practice looking to align the body in postures that are healthy and easeful. We will build strength, control and explore mindful movement to find a peaceful place to abide both physically and mentally. All levels are welcome!
FIND PEACE AND CALM
Yin Yoga
This quiet, contemplative, yet challenging practice will nourish your joints and ligaments, increase flexibility and help you find peace and calm. Yin Yoga works deeply into the body with passive, longer-held poses, which target the connective tissues – ligaments, joints, bones, and fascia – areas that are often missed in other yoga styles, even though they account for more than 50% of our body’s flexibility! Yin Yoga is suitable for people who are new to yoga, want to balance intense workouts, and those who prefer low intensity activities. Those with joint injuries, low bone density, osteopenia or osteoporosis are encouraged to speak with their doctor before taking this practice. All levels are welcome!
